2. Information we collect

We collect only the information that you choose to provide:

• The details entered in the inquiry form: name, company, email address, country, product category, estimated quantity and the message itself.
• Drawings, specifications and other files that you send to us by email.
• Details you provide when contacting us by telephone, WhatsApp or WeChat.
• Ordinary technical data recorded by our hosting provider in connection with the delivery and security of the website.

3. Why we use it

• To review your requirement and reply to your inquiry.
• To prepare a quotation and discuss technical details with our production team.
• To keep a record of our correspondence and of orders placed.
• To meet accounting, tax and export documentation obligations that apply to us.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Where the law requires us to identify a legal basis for this processing, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and, where an order follows, on the steps necessary to enter into and perform that contract. The inquiry form asks you to confirm that you have read this policy; that confirmation is sent to us together with the inquiry. No marketing consent is requested through this website.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only where this is necessary to answer your inquiry or to operate this website:

• Web3Forms — the service that delivers the inquiry form to our email address. Its servers are located in the United States.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery for this website.
• Our production and administrative staff, where access is needed to prepare a quotation or to fulfil an order.
• Professional advisers, banks, forwarders or authorities, only where required for a transaction or by law.

Some of these providers are established outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, the transfer relies on the contractual and technical safeguards published by those providers for their services. Before an inquiry is sent, the form asks for your separate consent to the transfer of your details to our form-delivery provider, which is located outside mainland China.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and export regulations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics service is currently installed. The site is served by Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie (named __cf_bm) and process technical request data for security and performance purposes. A strictly necessary cookie does not require consent, but it is disclosed here. A cookie notice is displayed on the first visit; acknowledging it stores one preference value in your browser's local storage. That value is not a cookie and is not transmitted to us. If an analytics service is introduced in future, this policy will be updated and an opt-in choice will be requested before it is activated.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to the email address in section 1. We respond within one month of receiving a request. Where we are required to retain a record for tax or export purposes, we will explain this in our reply.

9. Business users

This website is intended for business and professional users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy is revised, the current version will be published on this page with a new date. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

11. California residents

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about them, and will not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Requests may be sent to the address in section 1.

If you believe that your information has not been handled as described in this policy, please contact us first so that we can address the matter. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence and, where Chinese law applies, with the competent cyberspace administration in China.
