This website presents the products and machining capability of LookTo Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. Its content is provided for information only. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a solicitation, or a binding commitment to supply goods or services.

2. Quotations and orders

  • Prices, quantities and delivery arrangements are valid only when confirmed by us in writing, in a quotation or order confirmation issued for a specific requirement.
  • A quotation is prepared after we have reviewed a drawing, a sample, or a part number. The specification stated in that quotation governs the supply.
  • Where a drawing is supplied by the customer, the dimensions and tolerances on that drawing take precedence over any general description published on this website.

3. Product information

Photographs, illustrations and descriptions are indicative. Components are manufactured to the drawing or sample agreed for each order. No statement on this website should be read as a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, of compatibility with a specific machine, or of compliance with a particular standard, unless this has been expressly confirmed in writing for your order.

4. Drawings and intellectual property

  • The content of this website, including text, photographs, layout and the LookTo name and logo, belongs to LookTo Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
  • Drawings, models and specifications that you send to us remain your property. We use them only to evaluate your requirement, to quote, and — where an order is placed — to manufacture.
  • We do not disclose your drawings to third parties except where this is necessary to obtain a process service for your order, and we do not use them for any other customer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of this website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to submit false or misleading inquiries.

Where this website links to a third-party service, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

7. Liability
